Intelligium is always looking for high quality individuals to join its team, for servicing its world class clients nationally. We are requesting you to send in your referrals and state their basic contact information in the form below. If this person is assigned to one of our clients within three months, then you will receive a one time bonus of five hundred dollars ($500.00).

You can submit as many referrals as you like. All fields need to be filled below.

Please note the following:

1. Referral will be paid if the individual referred works for a minimum 480 hours for Intelligium or its client(s). The referral offer is not open to Intelligium staff and their families.
2. All referrals must be made using this form, or else they will not be eligible for the referral bonus.
3. In the event your referral was contacted by someone from Intelligium within 30 days prior to your submittal, then you will not be eligible for the bonus.
4. Referral will be paid to the first person who submits the candidate's name and other details.
