Intelligium
Application Management (AM) is a set of offerings that take the
contracted responsibility for the ongoing management of maintenance
and enhancement of business applications. These services are
provided to fully support the defined and agreed SLAs to
maximize cost savings, and high quality assured deliverables.
Methodology
We define a
three-phase process that forms the basis of any AM engagement.

Scope
Definition Phase: This phase defines the scope of the
engagement. The major deliverables of this phase are draft
Maintenance Plan and a detailed Transition Plan.

Transition
Phase: During this phase our service team assimilates the
knowledge required to provide an enduring support capability and
transitions the service from the existing client delivery teams.
It initiates activities relating to the setting up of
infrastructure and resources, and produces a detailed
Maintenance Plan. The Service Level Agreement containing the
service levels and the major deliverables is also drafted.

Maintenance:
This phase commences when the transition of services from the
client's team to Intelligium is completed. Here onwards
Intelligium provides all the services defined in the Maintenance
Plan in order to meet its SLAs.
